Small Farms IPM Working Group

The Small Farms IPM Working Group was funded in 2010 to develop a strategy for providing effective IPM educational programs to small farmers in Delaware and Maryland. The working group conducted a survey of small farmers in Maryland and Delaware to document the pest management techniques they use. They also organized two meetings, and will hold a Small Farms Workshop on November 5–6, 2011. Their goal is for 100 farmers to receive effective IPM training.
