This group was chaired by Dan Cooley of the University of Massachusetts in 2008 and continued into 2009. Plant pathologists from the Northeast, South, and Midwest met twice to share their knowledge about this disease complex, discuss the need for improved IPM, and share their plans for a proposal. A large grant, funded by the USDA in 2009, resulted from their discussion and collaboration. Read more about their work.
