This talk explores the informal education tool of theater as a viable means of spreading the message of IPM to students, teachers and parents. Using the example of the collaboration between PA Integrated Pest Management of Penn State and Whitaker Center for Sciences & the Arts of Harrisburg, PA, and the resulting production of “The Good, the Bad and the Bug-ly”, we will highlight why theater is a useful tool and how to make use of it.
